Khajuraho is a city of central India that is rich in temples which are carved through stones. Kandariya Mahadeva Temple:- Kandariya Mahadeva temple is one of the worth visiting temple of Khajuraho. The first Matrika will be seen only after the completion of one round. There are images of Ganesha, Shiva Virabhadra and Matrik as. These images enhance the look of the temple. The layout as well as the design of the temple is exceptional and made up of coarse granite. This temple comprises of sixty seven peripheral shrines and of them there are only thirty five thats till continue to be there. There are small cells for the shrines which comprises of small doorways. The major captivating things of this temple are the shrine that is at the entrance.

Laxman Temple:- Laxman temple is one of the oldest temple as well as initial temples of Khajuraho. The temple is basically devoted to Vaishnava. At this temple there are shrines as well as jagati which comprises of moving display of hunting and also battle scenes. There are also scenes of horses, elephants and soldiers. Apart from this the temple comprises of entrance porch, Sanctrum, Vestibule, Mandapa, etc. The interiors of the temple are breathtaking.
